This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
I may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about my work, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Prices shown on the site are in GBP. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice to you.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Fi reserves the right to refuse any order.
Fi Tilbury accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. This includes debit cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Some items are held in stock but most of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Fi (the jewellery designer and artist) and she'll try her best to accommodate your requirements.
Orders for stock items can be cancelled any time before dispatch but you must inform Fi in writing by email.
Tailor-made items are specially made to order and are non-refundable.
If you change your mind about ordering a tailor-made piece, please inform Fi of your cancellation in writing by email. The cancellation period is 7 days from order date.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered you must inform Fi within 7 days of delivery and she will help you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
Goods which are thought to be faulty after this time will be treated case by case. Please contact Fi to discuss the problem.
Description of goods
Every effort has been made to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product but due to the handmade nature of Fi's jewellery, slight variations may occur between pieces. Please note that colours and images may vary depending on the monitor and browser you are using. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to the individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each piece.
